• 1.2 Services: means all features, pujas, offerings, live darshan, Prasad delivery, consultation, donations, spiritual tours, and any other devotional services.
• 1.3 User/You/Your: refers to anyone who visits, registers, or uses DivinePujaPath services via the Website or App.
• 1.4 Terms: refers to this document and all related policies including but not limited to our Privacy Policy.

7. Payment & Cancellation

• All payments for services (Puja, Prasad, Tours, etc.) are non-refundable once made.
• Services once booked cannot be canceled or rescheduled.
• In case a temple cancels a scheduled event, we will try to provide an alternative date.
• All processing charges, if applicable, are borne by the user.
• Card details and payment information are secured; we advise you never to share sensitive data.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our services or attempt to disrupt the platform’s functionality. This includes hacking, overloading systems, reverse engineering, or engaging in any unlawful activities.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform may include links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or safety. Interactions with third parties are at your own risk.

10. Errors & Pricing

In case of any pricing or description errors, we reserve the right to cancel or modify orders. If a payment has already been made, the same will be reversed using the original payment method.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause. You may also choose to delete your account. Paid fees are non-refundable.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
