Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable: All payments made for devotional services — including online pujas, prasad offerings, pandit consultations, and spiritual tours — are final and non-refundable. Once you book a service through our Website or App, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be processed.
The date selected for pujas or religious offerings cannot be changed after the booking is confirmed. However, if the concerned temple or authority cancels the scheduled service, we will provide an alternative date. Please note, any transaction or processing fees applicable will be borne by the cardholder.
If you wish to transfer your puja service to someone else, kindly email us at 📧 support@divinepujapath.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled puja.
Prasad items offered to the deity during puja and shipped to your address are often perishable and considered holy offerings. Therefore, once ordered, Prasadam cannot be returned to either DivinePujaPath or the temple.
