Return & Refund Policy

At DivinePujaPath, we are committed to delivering meaningful spiritual experiences through online pujas, prasad delivery, religious consultations, and yatra services. Kindly read our return and refund policy carefully before availing any service.

1. Devotional Service Orders

Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable: All payments made for devotional services — including online pujas, prasad offerings, pandit consultations, and spiritual tours — are final and non-refundable. Once you book a service through our Website or App, it cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be processed.

The date selected for pujas or religious offerings cannot be changed after the booking is confirmed. However, if the concerned temple or authority cancels the scheduled service, we will provide an alternative date. Please note, any transaction or processing fees applicable will be borne by the cardholder.

2. Transfer of Puja to Another Person

If you wish to transfer your puja service to someone else, kindly email us at 📧 support@divinepujapath.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled puja.

3. Prasad Deliveries (Non-Returnable)

Prasad items offered to the deity during puja and shipped to your address are often perishable and considered holy offerings. Therefore, once ordered, Prasadam cannot be returned to either DivinePujaPath or the temple.

4. Return Policy for Non-Perishable Products

15-Day Window: For physical, non-perishable items such as spiritual merchandise or accessories, returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory.

Items not eligible for return include:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Downloadable digital services or software

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

6. Delay in Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit/debit card provider – it may take time to reflect.

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you: You'll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received and approved.
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

9. Shipping & Return Address

  • To return a product, please ship it to the registered office address available on our website.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
  • If a refund is applicable, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
