1. Delivery of Prasad & Pooja Items

Prasadam ordered through our platform is sourced directly from temples after being offered to the deity during the puja.

  • These holy offerings are carefully packed and dispatched to your registered address within 2–5 working days after the pooja is completed.
  • Shipping timelines may vary depending on temple location, availability of the priest, and distance from the delivery destination.
Note: Prasad is sacred and often perishable. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on the weight, dimensions, and location of delivery.
  • Any special packaging requests (such as gift boxes or urgent temple rituals) may incur additional charges.
  • All shipping costs (if applicable) will be shown at checkout before final payment.

3. International Shipping

At present, international shipping is limited to select countries and only for non-perishable items. Please contact us at support@divinepujapath.com before placing an international order.

4. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to deliver all products and prasad on time, certain delays may occur due to:

  • Temple schedules or festivals
  • Weather conditions or natural calamities
  • Courier or logistics issues
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

We request your patience and understanding in such rare cases, as sacred temple services are subject to local rituals and timing.

5. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS notification with your shipment tracking number.
  • Please ensure your mobile number and address are correctly updated during checkout to avoid delivery failures.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of status update.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please:
