1. Delivery of Prasad & Pooja Items
  • Prasadam is sourced directly from temples after being offered to the deity during the puja.
  • Dispatch within 2–5 working days after the puja is completed.
  • Timelines may vary based on temple location, priest availability, and delivery distance.
  • Note: Ensure someone is available to receive sacred and perishable items promptly.
2. Shipping Charges
  • Standard shipping charges based on weight, size, and delivery location.
  • Special packaging (gift box/urgent ritual) may include extra cost.
  • All charges will be shown at checkout before final payment.
3. International Shipping
  • Currently limited to selected countries and only non-perishable items.

4. Delays in Delivery
