1. Delivery of Prasad & Pooja Items
- Prasadam is sourced directly from temples after being offered to the deity during the puja.
- Dispatch within 2–5 working days after the puja is completed.
- Timelines may vary based on temple location, priest availability, and delivery distance.
- Note: Ensure someone is available to receive sacred and perishable items promptly.
2. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges based on weight, size, and delivery location.
- Special packaging (gift box/urgent ritual) may include extra cost.
- All charges will be shown at checkout before final payment.
3. International Shipping
- Currently limited to selected countries and only non-perishable items.
- Contact: support@divinepujapath.com before ordering internationally.
4. Delays in Delivery
- Delays may occur due to temple schedules, weather, logistics, or address issues.
- We appreciate your understanding in such rare situations.
5. Delivery Confirmation
- You will receive an SMS/email with tracking information once shipped.
- Ensure accurate mobile number and address during checkout.
- If marked delivered but not received, contact us within 48 hours of status update.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Take clear pictures of damaged items or packaging.
- Email them to support@divinepujapath.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will provide a replacement or refund as per the situation.
