All payments made for devotional services — including online pujas, prasad offerings, pandit consultations, and spiritual tours — are final and non-refundable. Once booked through our Website or App, a service cannot be cancelled or refunded.
The selected date for pujas or offerings cannot be changed after booking. If a temple or religious authority cancels the service, we will offer an alternative date.
Any transaction or processing fees will be borne by the user.
To transfer your puja service to another individual, email us at 📧 support@divinepujapath.com at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja.
Prasad offered during pujas is considered holy and perishable. As a result, once ordered, it cannot be returned to DivinePujaPath or the temple.
